ABOUT DMS

FAMILY OWNED. BUILT ON REPUTATION.

DMS Management Group was built on a simple idea:

Do good work. Treat people right. Stand behind what you do.

We're a family-owned and operated company serving Chicagoland, with more than 30 years of experience in property maintenance and related services.

DMS was created to provide customers with a reliable company they can trust with their property — and with their reputation.

Over the years, we've worked on all kinds of properties, projects and problems.

We've seen the industry change, but one thing hasn't:

People remember how you treat them.

That's why we believe in communication, accountability and doing what we say we're going to do.

We're not interested in being the biggest company in the room.

We're interested in being the company our customers are comfortable calling when they need something done.

When you work with a family-owned business, the name on the truck is the name on the company.

There's a personal connection to the work we do and the relationships we build.

Our reputation isn't just part of the business.

It is the business.

DMS is led by Kyle Ballauer, along with a team of experienced professionals, family members, and trusted specialists.

We've built our business through relationships, referrals and customers who continue to trust us with their properties.

We're grateful for every one of them.

We're going to communicate.

We're going to show up.

We're going to do the work.

And we're going to stand behind it.

That's DMS.
